1. Support the Strategic Sourcing team in negotiating and managing product costs.
2. Source and manage High Jewelry suppliers to meet capacity and margin requirements.
3. Provide input and analysis for the development and onboarding of jewelry manufacturers.
4. Conduct Make vs. Buy supplier selection based on supplier capabilities and performance history.
5. Negotiate and manage product costs throughout the development and lifecycle for domestic suppliers.
6. Collaborate with team members to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
7. Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams on quality, payment, and logistical topics.
8. Maintain a capability matrix and knowledge of the supplier base.
9. Send RFIs/RFPs and support the onboarding of new suppliers.
10. Conduct savings and cost avoidance analysis to achieve annual savings goals.
11. Develop and maintain supplier scorecards.
12. Analyze supplier business spend and provide recommendations to support business goals.
13. Share consolidated summaries of new product costs with the Merchandising team.
14. Perform supplier risk monitoring.
15. Support metal and diamond traceability initiatives with Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability teams.
16. Plan and conduct sourcing projects by engaging stakeholders and cross-functional resources.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing initiatives
3. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access
4. Strong organizational, verbal communication, writing, and negotiation skills
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
7. Project management experience

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,600.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
