1. Lead the strategic development and performance enhancement of the High Jewelry business at the Montenapoleone Flagship.
2. Manage and monitor High Jewelry sales performance and assist in creating tools for developing a community of experts.
3. Collaborate with store leaders to execute effective outreach for high-net-worth clients.
4. Partner with store teams to understand local needs and propose tailored methods, tools, and assets.
5. Work with merchandising and Cluster/Zone High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client expectations regarding High Jewelry assortment.
6. Initiate the creation of a community of High Jewelry Experts with strong knowledge of stones and jewelry making.
7. Develop a comprehensive training plan with clear timelines and expectations.
8. Identify and select internal and external profiles to join the community of experts.
9. Engage the community with opportunities for continuous learning and exposure to industry insights.

1. 8+ years of related experience in the luxury watch and jewelry industry
2. Previous experience in a client relations or client-facing role
3. Qualification in gemology
4. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
5. Ability to effectively manage a budget
6. Strong people management and development skills
