- Implement High Jewelry and VIP client development strategies in alignment with global directives.
- Manage client recruitment and relationship-building initiatives.

- Manage end-to-end execution of global and local High Jewelry events.

- Manage and track event and program budgets.
- Prepare performance reports and business updates.

- Ensure operational alignment and process follow-up across teams.
- University graduate or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of professional work experience.
- Strong English and Korean communication skills.
- High level of ownership, responsibility, and reliability.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Passion for client experience and premium brand environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
