- Maintain and update new product development roadmaps and ensure cross-functional communication to meet project milestones.
- Manage SKU-level details and pricing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring competitive pricing and margin targets.
- Develop reports and analyze product performance to support new product development initiatives.
- Create and maintain image grids and item data for SKU-level attributes across merchandising systems.
- Perform analysis and reporting on sales, product assortment, pricing, and gross margin for High Jewelry.
- Assist in formal price change reporting and presentations, ensuring accurate pricing files and margin targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business needs, prepare presentation materials, and support sales.
- Coordinate style-outs and product category reviews.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Process-oriented with aesthetic sensibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
