- Create an exceptional luxury experience by warmly welcoming all clients and sharing Tiffany’s High Jewelry through engaging storytelling.
- Provide knowledgeable and curated service, attending to the needs of all clients on the Masterpieces floor.
- Elevate the in-store experience by engaging in bespoke conversations to understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Leverage The Landmark resources to further support High Jewelry clients.
- Share client interactions and impressions with Landmark Leadership to continuously improve the client experience.
- Provide comprehensive support for all client-related activities as needed.
- Proactively support all presentations and seated consultations by efficiently retrieving and delivering jewelry selections from the Masterpieces floor and other floors within The Landmark.
- Partner with store network and operations team to curate exceptional merchandise selections for High Jewelry appointments and transactions.
- Ensure the ready availability of all essential presentation tools and materials needed for jewelry presentations, including bags, boxes, and travel boxes.
- Maintain displays and caselines, ensuring they are stocked, neat, tidy, and free of fingerprints.
- Proactively review The Landmark Daily Plan to identify opportunities to partner with Client Advisors, Concierge, and Client Experience for an elevated sales experience.
- 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in Watches & Fine Jewelry or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality, museum/art gallery, etc.).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency and proactivity to support sales.
- Demonstrated agility, adaptability, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to learn quickly and think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail or client-related roles.
Gemological Institute of America (GIA) degree or coursework preferred.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $19.72 - $26.68 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
