2. Efficiently manage and complete engraving orders in accordance with department timelines, maintaining organized workflow and addressing any order issues promptly.
3. Collaborate with administrative staff to resolve product quality and engraving requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Adapt to new responsibilities and work environments, demonstrating flexibility to support various areas within distribution and engraving.
5. Accurately record labor charges for serviced orders using the PKMS system.

1. Proficiency in Tiffany & Co. lettering and monogram styles.
2. Ability to devise layouts and sketches for engraving projects.
3. Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to new environments, including potential travel to different Tiffany & Co. locations.
4. Basic computer skills.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hand engraving or a related field.

High School diploma or equivalent.
