Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts for Vice President, Global Talent.
- Arrange comprehensive travel bookings including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Coordinate departmental vacation schedules and timesheets.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and assist in meeting logistics.
- Oversee office management tasks such as inventory and mail distribution.
- Manage expense reports and departmental invoices.
- Handle team inboxes for general inquiries.
- Assist in onboarding new hires for the Global Talent team.
- Maintain organized records of departmental activities.
- Support special projects, events, and key initiatives.
- Run talent reports and provide insights.
- Coordinate team-building activities.
- Support executive recruitment coordination.
- Manage tracking and updates of the Global Talent budget.
- Resolve budget discrepancies and oversee invoice management.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of experience within HR or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work across the team and with different levels within the organization

Compensation
The hiring range for this position ranges from $30.43 - $41.17 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
