- Manage daily calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts for the Vice President, Global Talent.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Oversee departmental vacation schedules and time off coordination.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and assist in logistical preparation for meetings and interviews.
- Support general office management, including inventory of office supplies and coordination of deliveries.
- Manage expense reports, departmental invoices, and reconcile capital expenditure requests.
- Direct general inquiries from team inboxes to appropriate teams and acknowledge receipt.
- Assist in onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Provide support for special projects, events, and key initiatives for Global Talent.
- Run talent reports to provide data and insights into talent trends and processes.
- Coordinate and support team-building activities.
- Support executive recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and background checks.
- Manage tracking of the Global Talent budget and oversee invoice management.
- Support the Talent teams with monthly reporting and annual budget review.
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of experience within HR or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work across the team and with different levels within the organization

Minimum of 3 years in HR or administrative roles, preferably supporting HR teams or a global talent function.
BA/BS Degree
The hiring range for this position is $30.43 - $41.17 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
