1. Coordinate responses to incidents on company premises and special interest sites, utilizing appropriate communication methods and tools.
2. Analyze and escalate intelligence data to mitigate threats to company property and personnel.
3. Monitor and operate technical security systems to detect and respond to potential security issues.
4. Maintain daily operations of the GSOC to meet and exceed client expectations.
5. Enforce departmental and company policies, completing reports and logs accurately.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or 1-3 years of experience in a GSOC or similar environment.
2. High competency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and VMS platforms.
3. Effective communication skills in high-pressure environments.
4. Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Global Security Operations Center or similar command center environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Political Science, or Criminal Justice.

$25.16 - $30.00/hour
