- Build and oversee the global communications calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead collaboration with regional PR teams to develop strategic editorial plans.
- Manage regional PR team requests related to media, events, and partnerships.
- Develop proposals to pitch new ideas and projects to senior management.
- Oversee the development of messaging tracks and editorial angles to enhance coverage.
- Drive strategic development of PR materials and asset toolkits.
- Manage the creation and dissemination of PR strategies and global activations.
- Oversee global PR budgets for product initiatives.
- Partner with the Global Events Director to conceive event programs.
- Oversee global editorial tracking reports and recaps.
- Support the VP in achieving departmental goals and fostering collaboration.
- Manage, coach, and develop two direct reports.
- 10+ years of public relations/communications experience.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Established in-house public relations experience for globally recognized brands.
- Proven experience managing top-tier press for leading brands.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and written skills.
- Ability to shift priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The hiring range for this position is $144,670 - $204,240, with eligibility for a bonus.
