1. Collaborate with finance and accounting process owners to uphold Financial Data Governance processes, data, and systems.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive global process and control documentation using process maps, models, or narratives.
3. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of Global Financial Application Security.
4. Facilitate the assessment of business process changes on personnel, systems, and operations using Key Performance Indicators in collaboration with Global Process Owners.
5. Participate in or lead special projects, assignments, or tasks as directed by department management.

1. 3-5 years of diversified finance/accounting and systems-related experience.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
3. Experience with ERP application/software such as SAP or Oracle.
4. Strong process-oriented background.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to interact with individuals at varying levels.
7. Proven ability to effectively lead meetings.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
