- Oversee global PR programs reporting and conduct annual audits of global press assets and regional needs.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of PR programs and initiatives.
- Utilize analytics to transform PR and Corporate Communications needs into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze competitive landscape and PR programs to provide strategic insights for Global PR.
- Develop and present PR reports, recaps, and dashboards to senior management.
- Create written press materials, including press releases, media alerts, and executive talking points.
- Develop communications for sustainability and community impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with the DEI team to develop and oversee communications for DEI-focused initiatives.
- Undergraduate degree in PR/Communications or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in writing and presentation skills.
- Experience in drafting press materials and executive talking points.
- Commitment to DEI, sustainability, and community impact initiatives.
- Analytical skills for PR program evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in creating executive communications.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within PR or communications.
Bachelor's degree in PR/Communications or a related discipline.
The hiring range for this position is $74,035 - $100,165, dependent on the candidate's skills and experience.
