1. Collaborate closely with Art Directors to support daily design tasks.
2. Assist in the creation of digital assets for websites, emails, and clienteling.
3. Develop new concepts for internal initiatives and execute approved ideas.
4. Prepare comp and presentation materials as required.
5. Ensure adherence to brand standards while encouraging innovative design solutions.
6. Research and present new trends in advertising, graphics, typography, and e-commerce design.
7. Conduct regular market research within the luxury goods sector.
8. Communicate and present work to department leaders and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital design.
2. Proficiency in Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
3. Strong typography skills and a high aesthetic standard.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
7. Detail-oriented with strong technical skills in comping and presentation preparation.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred.

The targeted rate for this position is $30-50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
