1. Efficiently process polishing projects through the wash station in Repair Services.
2. Perform rhodium and other electroplating, as well as surface treatments such as oxidation and sandblasting.
3. Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders through visual inspection of merchandise and repair order paperwork.
4. Maintain organized records of assigned orders and update administrative staff on repairs and production reports.
5. Advise management on processing, work capacity, and merchandise quality concerns.
6. Assist other technicians to ensure timely completion of departmental work.
7. Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in handling various responsibilities across the department.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning silver and jewelry, including silver, gold, platinum, and precious stones.
2. Experience with jewelry cleaning equipment such as tumblers, ultrasonics, and steam cleaners.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Flexibility in adapting to business needs.
3. Experience with jewelry plating, including rhodium and ruthenium.
4. Familiarity with quality control practices.

Minimum of 3 years in jewelry cleaning and finishing, with expertise in silver, gold, and platinum.

The hiring range for this position is $19 - $26 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
