1. Perform finishing and cleaning of new and customer-owned jewelry, watches, flatware, hollowware, and fancy goods according to Tiffany & Co. standards.
2. Utilize standard techniques such as buffing, lapping, thrumming, satin finishing, sandblasting, hand polishing, ultrasonic and steam cleaning, and rhodium plating.
3. Inspect and repair assigned orders, ensuring quality and design standards are met.
4. Maintain organized records of all assigned orders and report any delays to management.
5. Develop comprehensive knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, materials, and repair techniques.
6. Comply with all health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe workstation and reporting any incidents.
7. Assist in the service center with workflow management and participate in special projects.
8. Contribute to the maintenance and safety of the workshop environment.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a production or repair polisher, jeweler, or silversmith
3. Successful completion of a Tiffany & Co. polishing bench test
4. Proficiency in verbal and written English

2. Knowledge of jewelry materials and gemstone identification

5. Ability to operate technical equipment

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on metal finishing and jewelry repair.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school diploma preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $19 - $34 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
