1. Perform finishing and cleaning of new and customer-owned jewelry, watches, flatware, hollowware, and fancy goods.
2. Work with a variety of metals, including platinum, and gemstones, employing techniques such as buffing, lapping, thrumming, satin finishing, sandblasting, hand polishing, ultrasonic and steam cleaning, and rhodium plating.
3. Ensure all craft work adheres to Tiffany quality and design standards, inspecting orders for defects and performing or escalating repairs as needed.
4. Maintain organized records of assigned orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to due dates.
5. Develop and apply deep product knowledge, including materials and repair techniques, while proactively seeking skill and technique improvements.
6. Comply with health and safety requirements, maintaining a risk-free workstation and reporting any safety incidents.
7. Support service center operations by assisting with workflow management, participating in special projects, and maintaining common areas and equipment.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a production or repair polisher, jeweler, or silversmith
3. Successful completion of a Tiffany & Co. polishing bench test
4. Proficiency in verbal and written English
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends

1. Expertise in metal finishing techniques
2. Knowledge of jewelry materials and gemstone sensitivity
3. Organizational skills for managing orders and materials
4. Ability to collaborate and share skills with coworkers
5. Adherence to health and safety protocols

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in jewelry repair or metal finishing.

High school diploma or equivalent

The hiring range for this position is $19 - $34 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
