Tiffany & Co. Finance Manager - Americas

- Develop and manage the annual budget, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and strategic business plans for the Americas.
- Monitor operating performance, identify issues or opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.
- Consolidate and report marketing activities monthly, ensuring accurate booking of reclasses and accruals.
- Lead monthly meetings with regional marketing teams to review spending and update forecasts.
- Conduct ROI analysis on marketing campaigns and events, providing cost-effectiveness recommendations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages including P&L, expense variances, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with accounting, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure accurate booking of product costs and seek cost optimization opportunities.
- Provide financial data and presentation assistance for executive and leadership meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology tools such as Business Objects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in coaching and managing employees at the analyst level.
- Creative thinking with a willingness to challenge existing processes and drive change.
- Knowledge of marketing metrics and digital marketing platforms.
Minimum of 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $123,000 - $170,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
