1. Develop and manage the annual budget, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and strategic business plans for the Americas.
2. Monitor operating performance, identify issues or opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.
3. Consolidate and report marketing activities monthly, ensuring accurate booking of reclasses and accruals.
4. Lead monthly meetings with regional marketing teams to review spending and update forecasts.
5. Conduct ROI analysis on marketing campaigns and events, providing cost-effectiveness recommendations.
6. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages including P&L, expense variances, and forecasts.
7. Collaborate with accounting, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure accurate booking of product costs and seek cost optimization opportunities.
8. Provide financial data and presentation assistance for executive and leadership meetings.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology tools such as Business Objects.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with senior management.

2. Experience in coaching and managing employees at the analyst level.
3. Creative thinking with a willingness to challenge existing processes and drive change.
4. Knowledge of marketing metrics and digital marketing platforms.

Minimum of 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $123,000 - $170,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
