1. Support sustainable growth in the Latin America & Caribbean region through financial analysis, scenario planning, and pro-forma studies.
2. Conduct data mining to support variance analysis and ensure timely closure of business units with accurate entries.
3. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management on a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis.
4. Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer of operational and financial KPIs to the team.
5. Prepare and review account reconciliations across accounting cycles, ensuring complete and accurate support and analysis.
6. Prepare, review, upload, and post journal entries with proper documentation.
7. Assist in month-end financial closing processes.
8. Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and explain reconciling items.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business
2. Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and English
3. Basic accounting skills

1. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2. Discretion due to exposure to highly confidential information
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Strong communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
7. Positive attitude towards achieving goals and delivering results

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business
