1. Maintain documentation for accounts payable, fixed assets, and treasury, and conduct internal audits.
2. Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations.
3. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other divisions to develop the annual budget, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
5. Partner with the Finance Team to ensure accuracy of P&L.
6. Assist the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure.

Minimum of 3 years in Accounting, including experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
