- Prepare and analyze retail financial key performance indicators.
- Prepare and analyze eCommerce financial key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with retail directors and managers to prepare sales forecasts and provide insightful analysis on monthly sales trends.
- Prepare budgets, plans, and forecasts.
- Review and analyze monthly profit and loss results.
- Partner with HR to explain payroll cost variances.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to explain marketing cost variances.
- Prepare and review the marketing tracker with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the monthly commercial target process.
- Prepare and regularly update the daily sales roadmap.
- Prepare the monthly business review presentation.
- Support the finance team on ad-hoc projects.
- Document finance procedures.
- Participate in the digitalization of the finance department, including report automation through Power BI.
- Master’s Degree in Finance from a business school or university.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably within a Big Four audit firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of process improvements.
- Experience with Hyperion (preferred).
- Programming and database skills (preferred).
- Experience with Power BI (preferred).
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally gained within a Big Four audit firm.
Master’s Degree in Finance.
