1. Prepare and analyze retail financial key performance indicators.
2. Prepare and analyze eCommerce financial key performance indicators.
3. Collaborate with retail directors and managers to prepare sales forecasts and provide insightful analysis on monthly sales trends.
4. Prepare budgets, plans, and forecasts.
5. Review and analyze monthly profit and loss results.
6. Partner with HR to explain payroll cost variances.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to explain marketing cost variances.
8. Prepare and review the marketing tracker with key stakeholders.
9. Coordinate the monthly commercial target process.
10. Prepare and regularly update the daily sales roadmap.
11. Prepare the monthly business review presentation.
12. Support the finance team on ad-hoc projects.
13. Document finance procedures.
14. Participate in the digitalization of the finance department, including report automation through Power BI.

1. Master’s Degree in Finance from a business school or university.
2. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably within a Big Four audit firm.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Proven track record of process improvements.
4. Experience with Hyperion (preferred).
5. Programming and database skills (preferred).
6. Experience with Power BI (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally gained within a Big Four audit firm.

Master’s Degree in Finance.
