- Conduct gap analysis by monitoring and observing client interactions on the sales floor.
- Evaluate individual behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes against Tiffany standards.
- Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities through sales dashboards, Mystery Shopping, and NPS scores.
- Develop and implement individual coaching plans to enhance brand behaviors on the sales floor.
- Create and execute store learning and coaching action plans with specific targets and timelines.
- Monitor and coach sales teams on achieving individual targets and closing performance gaps.
- Establish regular check-ins with store leadership and retail performance teams to discuss progress and opportunities.
- Support the annual performance review process through close monitoring of team members.
- Track coaching conversations and update training records.
- Partner with store leadership to structure learning paths, including regional training sessions and mentorship programs.
- Organize and facilitate impactful in-store onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure new hires adapt and become proficient in retail tools through regular follow-ups.
- Support the Retail Learning Manager by organizing classroom trainings and providing feedback for store evaluations.
- Contribute to the EMEA Retail Learning Community by sharing feedback and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the luxury brand or service industry.
- Experience in retail leadership.
- Proven track record of effective coaching.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empower teams and hold self and others accountable.
- Confidence in taking initiative and identifying appropriate actions.
- Capability to interact with all levels of employees and diverse teams.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within the luxury brand or luxury service industry, coupled with retail leadership experience.
