1. Polish all precious metal jewelry pieces to meet Tiffany & Co.'s production and quality standards.
2. Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns.
3. Execute all steps of the polishing process using various tools to achieve company quality standards within designated production times.
4. Perform brushing, felting, split-lap, flexible shaft, 3-M, Grind & Prep, laser welding, stoning, and dry wheel techniques.
5. Verify work order accuracy and escalate any discrepancies or concerns.
6. Maintain attention to detail and focus on quality while polishing intricate pieces, ensuring minimal inventory failure.
7. Collaborate with Polisher III to resolve issues and utilize tools effectively to meet quality standards and minimize scrap.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in polishing precious metal jewelry pieces.
2. Proficiency in using appropriate tools and compounds for polishing.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
5. Proficiency in English communication and comprehension.
6. Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
