1. Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns.
2. Craft and assemble both functional and non-functional jewelry pieces to meet Tiffany & Co.'s exacting quality standards.
3. Utilize laser welding and hand soldering techniques to repair and assemble jewelry components.
4. Collaborate on new product test runs and ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
5. Mentor and train junior jewelers in advanced techniques and processes.
6. Participate in maintaining 6S housekeeping standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a jeweler.
2. Proficiency in using hand tools such as files, foredom, and jeweler saws.
3. Expertise in operating a laser weld machine and hand soldering with a torch.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey instructions clearly.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
8. Proficiency in English for effective communication.
