1. Support Jewelry Design and Innovation in technical and data elements related to new product development.
2. Collect, validate, analyze, apply, and archive all product data management information.
3. Interact with Design, Product Development, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Jewelry Supply Planning, and other corporate entities to ensure a unified and sustainable New Product Development channel.
4. Under guidance of New Product Engineers, complete projects and tasks, including setting up and maintaining Critical Requirement documentation, defining prototype material needs, and executing test plans.
5. Ensure timely prototype execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams and compliance with systems and procedures.
6. Execute timely prototype review against Critical Requirement documentation and adhere to service level agreements.
7. Assist in evaluating, designing, and building new prototypes and processes, ensuring verification/validation and alignment with documentation and manufacturing requirements.
8. Expedite the transfer and pick-up of prototypes and components.
9. Accurately measure, collect, analyze, present, and communicate data to support design, prototype fabrication, and transition to manufacturing.
10. Coordinate and maintain all product-related data and project requirements, adhering to SOPs and best practices.
11. Create and maintain project folders with all product-related documentation, ensuring alignment with file management protocol.
12. Aid department metric data accuracy, collection, and reporting.
13. Generate, maintain, track, close, and report on all project work orders.
14. Track and maintain CER/expense billing.
15. Maintain milestone documents for weekly meetings and communicate inventory issues.
16. Facilitate new product planning meetings and ensure completion of project document repositories.
17. Process and communicate rapid costing scenarios for design concepts and production.
18. Research and develop innovative processes, manufacturing techniques, and tooling to improve product quality.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of related experience
3. Proficiency in CAD
4. Experience with a document management system (e.g., Adept)
5. Knowledge of GD&T and basic measuring skills
6. Ability to understand, communicate, and create technical manufacturing documentation
7. Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
9. Ability to work within a team environment

Minimum 3 years of related experience in engineering or a similar technical field.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $85,000.00, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
