1. Provide expert advice and counsel on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, internal investigations, and performance management.
2. Ensure employment practices are legally compliant and align with company standards across all EMEA locations.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative trends and provide guidance to markets accordingly.
4. Review and advise on disciplinary documentation and employee consultation processes.
5. Collaborate with external counsel to ensure compliance with local legislation.
6. Lead complex investigations to minimize legal risk and ensure fair resolution of ER issues.
7. Develop and implement policies and practices to meet organizational needs.
8. Create and manage employee training programs to enhance ER acumen.
9. Utilize metrics and data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies for risk management.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in International HR, Employee Relations, or Employment Law.
2. Strong knowledge of EMEA employment and labor laws and regulations.
3. Proven project management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
5. Exceptional judgment and conflict resolution skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Leadership capability with excellent communication skills.
8. Fluency in French and English.
