1. Develop and manage the full forecasting process on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis, ensuring constant performance follow-up.
2. Prepare the best sales estimates for the EMEA region and coordinate with budgetary constraints.
3. Align with the EMEA merchandising team on product strategy and coordinate with the central supply chain for monthly validations.
4. Create and coordinate the EMEA launch planning process, ensuring product availability and timely launches.
5. Collaborate with the EMEA Finance team to align sales expectations.
6. Support the Supply Chain Director in process and tool improvements, including the development of new reporting tools and enhancement of Anaplan forecasting capabilities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
2. 5-7 years of supply chain experience in a multi-country environment.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Anaplan.
2. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle ambiguity.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-cultural communication.

Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in a multi-country environment is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
