- Support the E-commerce Content Manager and Specialist in executing digital content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Develop proficiency in Content Management Systems to manage and troubleshoot content effectively.
- Coordinate campaign construction and scheduling, ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing Calendar.
- Maintain high content standards, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in optimizing website content to enhance sales and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular audits of website content to correct errors and update information.
- Coordinate digital marketing translations.
- Collaborate with E-commerce Specialists to provide strategic insights on content and merchandising operations.
- Ensure accurate categorization and merchandising of products across EMEA websites.
- Drive sales by managing key SKUs and collections on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor product availability for marketing campaigns and report issues promptly.
- Support E-commerce Specialists with reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Monitor site functionality and report issues to the E-commerce Director.
- Assist in implementing product recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to align E-commerce activities with regional strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital and e-commerce trends.
- Understanding of the retail market and luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and sales performance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Commercially minded and driven.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Content Square).
- Multilingual abilities in German, Italian, Spanish, or French are advantageous.
Beginner level experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
