1. Conduct research on global best practices in DEIB and employee experience to inform strategic initiatives.
2. Provide production support for events and programming, including vendor liaison, IT assistance, and project timeline management.
3. Support Tiffany Global Employee Resource Groups, My Tiffany, and Tiffany Cares, the employee philanthropy program.
4. Assist in developing and reviewing presentations, status updates, surveys, and DEIB communications such as newsletters.
5. Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and updating DEIB and ERG SharePoint sites.

1. Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging with high emotional intelligence.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. High level of organization with experience managing multiple projects.
4. Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program.

1. Research and analytical skills in DEIB best practices.
2. Event production and project management.
3. Proficiency in communication and presentation development.
4. Administrative and organizational skills.

Beginner level experience, with prior exposure to DEIB, community affairs, or social impact preferred.

Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program.

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
