1. Conduct research on global best practices in DEIB and employee experience to inform strategic initiatives.
2. Provide production support for events and programming, including vendor liaison, IT assistance, and project timeline management.
3. Support Tiffany Global Employee Resource Groups and employee philanthropy programs.
4. Assist in developing and reviewing presentations, status updates, surveys, and DEIB communications.
5. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and updating SharePoint sites.

1. Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging with high emotional intelligence.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
4. Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program.

1. Research and analytical skills in DEIB practices.
2. Event coordination and project management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, but exposure to DEIB, community affairs, or social impact is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program.

$25 per hour.
