Tiffany & Co. Distribution Planning Manager

- Develop and maintain best-in-class forecast management and store replenishment processes to optimise stock levels across MEA retail network.
- Proactively manage permanent and seasonal inventory in 13 regional stores (Dubai, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar), implementing corrective actions to ensure product availability.
- Lead planning for holiday and promotional build strategies and coordinate local transfers to minimise inefficiencies and cost.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation planning with central teams and regional partners to reduce lead times, forecast distribution volumes and optimise costs.
- Support new store openings by defining initial stock implementations and coordinating inbound logistics.
- Manage end-of-life collections to minimise depreciation and obsolete inventory risk.
- Partner with E‑commerce and central distribution teams to align omnichannel availability and operations.
- Design and deliver continuous improvement projects, regional reporting tools and contribute to Anaplan development and other supply-chain initiatives.
- 5–7 years of progressive supply chain or distribution planning experience, ideally in the MEA region or a multi-country retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering projects to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Advanced analytical aptitude and demonstrated experience with forecasting, inventory optimisation and process improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse cultures and effectively manage regional stakeholders.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive supply chain, distribution planning or retail inventory experience; prior exposure to multi-country operations (preferably MEA) and project delivery in a commercial retail context.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
