Tiffany & Co. Distribution Planner Intern

- Develop stock targets based on inventory constraints, sales trends, and strategic regional needs.
- Monitor inventory levels in retail locations to optimize assets and meet availability targets.
- Analyze allocations and collaborate with the Merchandising team to review distribution and assortment.
- Identify and execute intra-regional rebalance opportunities to drive sales and support inventory objectives.
- Support new store openings, product initiatives, and promotions by addressing regional trends and needs.
- Allocate and monitor inventory movement across stores to support market events.
- Utilize reporting tools to analyze sales and inventory, optimize model accuracy, and improve decision-making.
- Review and analyze inventory availability levels and constraints on a regional level, providing timely follow-up actions.
- Tailor reporting to target audiences and summarize actions and analysis.
- Introduce new reporting methods to enhance replenishment efficiencies.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Business Objects, and Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
