- Oversee Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) warehousing operations, optimizing the performance of regional distribution centers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and industry standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, providing regular reports and strategic adjustments.
