- Drive retail performance through global retail programs, including Voice of the Client and Mystery Shopping initiatives.
- Develop and implement KPIs, incentive programs, and retail dashboards to enhance retail transformation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through analysis, action plan implementation, and follow-up.
- Capitalize on VOC results to drive organizational change and enhance client engagement.
- Integrate VOC results into clienteling tools to reengage clients and reward promoters.
- Build and leverage Mystery Shopping programs to elevate retail standards.
- Promote business acumen through comprehensive performance reports.
- Provide business intelligence to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing incentive programs to reinforce business areas.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive store database tool.
- Design reports to assess new store concept performance.
- Lead and motivate a team to drive performance and engagement.
- College degree or equivalent years of related work experience
- 15+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience leading global projects
- Demonstrated experience managing teams
- 360-degree thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

A minimum of 15 years of experience in retail performance management, with a proven track record in leading global projects and managing teams.
College degree or equivalent years of related work experience
Compensation ranges from $165,495 to $230,000, with eligibility for management bonuses.
