1. Manage the Serialized & Melee Diamond and Gemstone Operational Departments, including the Lab Tech Department, within the Tiffany Gemological Lab and Gemstone Acquisition.
2. Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, processing, inventory management, and supply of all diamonds and gemstones.
3. Lead in-depth inventory analysis to develop and execute plans for stone movement.
4. Implement operational IT initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
5. Collaborate with Global Grading Labs to improve process effectiveness.
6. Oversee operational personnel, budget, and value-added services.
7. Drive staff performance through clear expectations and performance management.
8. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley reporting and audit-driven initiatives.
9. Develop and track KPIs and manage operational organizational structure.
10. Promote safety leadership and adherence to corporate policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum 10 years of managerial experience and employee development
3. Excellent computer skills, including J.D. Edwards and MS Office

Bachelor’s Degree

The hiring range for this position is $165,495.00 to $215,000.00, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
