Tiffany & Co. Director of High Jewelry Product Merchandising

- Serve as the primary contact for product merchandising at High Jewelry client events.
- Curate visually captivating displays that highlight craftsmanship and enhance the client journey.
- Lead pre-event strategy discussions with regional merchandising teams on product zoning and development of event planograms.
- Provide on-site event support to oversee exhibition space setup, including forms, lighting focusing, and collection displays.
- Strategically arrange cohesive jewelry suites focused on collection and gemstone composition while providing a distinct visual hierarchy.
- Assist in ad-hoc High Jewelry presentations for Finished Goods and Loose Stones at corporate office and Landmark as needed.
- Support global merchandising training efforts aimed at elevating the High Jewelry event client experience.
- Develop training programs to create cohesive global presentation standards focused on impactful visual storytelling across product displays.
- Provide best practices and technical guidance on prop selection and lighting standards to showcase the brilliance of gemstones and diamonds.
- Lead trainings with regional merchandising teams to ensure global consistency across all events.
- Partner closely with Global High Jewelry and Client Relations teams to align merchandising strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Ensure internal teams are informed about event status and format.
- Communicate effectively with regional teams to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to globally set product merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with core cross-functional teams on the implementation of strategic High Jewelry merchandising initiatives such as Event Form Packaging, Elevated Windows, In-Store Styling Guidelines, and Packaging.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in visual merchandising within the jewelry or luxury sector
- Diamond and Gemstone knowledge with exposure handling high-value product
- Proven track record of successfully managing visual merchandising for high-profile events
- Ability to influence across teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $212,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
