1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the High Jewelry network across the Americas.
2. Collaborate with market leadership to enhance client relations and outreach for high-net-worth individuals.
3. Work closely with merchandising and global teams to align product assortments with client expectations.
4. Establish and nurture a community of High Jewelry experts with deep knowledge of gemstones and jewelry craftsmanship.
5. Design and execute a comprehensive training program for experts to enhance storytelling and sales capabilities.
6. Identify and engage potential internal and external candidates for the expert community.
7. Continuously seek innovative ways to engage and support the expert community, ensuring they remain informed and motivated.

1. Over 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry.
2. Demonstrated creativity and high aesthetic standards.
3. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
4. Proven ability to manage budgets and support local initiatives.
5. Experience in client relations or client-facing roles.

The salary range for this position is $159,120 to $224,640, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance.
