1. Drive High Jewelry sales and business development through effective outreach to high-net-worth clients.
2. Develop and nurture a community of High Jewelry experts.
3. Collaborate with Merchandising and High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client expectations regarding High Jewelry assortment.
4. Oversee end-to-end Client Relations, including identifying clients and maintaining relationships before, during, and after experiences.
5. Identify strategies to foster long-term client relationships through exceptional experiences and emotional engagement.
6. Develop a unique hospitality program and propose innovative ideas to enhance the client experience.
7. Partner with retail leaders to enhance the selling capabilities of High Jewelry Sales across Japan.
8. Collaborate with Global Client Relations & High Jewelry teams for global events and to build a local strategy for Japan, incorporating cultural nuances.
9. Manage local budget and calendar of actions/events.

1. Proven track record in developing authentic, long-lasting client relationships.
2. Experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders in a high-end luxury brand.
3. Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
4. Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team and implement innovative, client-centric solutions.
