- Oversee all servicing operations within Japan to ensure service excellence for Tiffany & Co. clients.
- Provide strategic direction to repair services and operations teams, ensuring alignment with retail partners and leadership.
- Leverage existing talent to comply with labor budget and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure quality and service standards align with brand strategies and develop tools to monitor results.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, holding management accountable to standards.
- Support the adaptation and perfection of after-sales service delivery to meet unique client needs.
- Build and support a high-performing network to achieve service levels and plan department strategies.
- Participate in small- and large-scale projects supporting business strategy and growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage workflow effectively.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10-15 years of management experience in product alteration, repairs, and personalization, preferably in a luxury company.
- Authorization to work in Japan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to present business strategies to senior leaders.
- Strong professional presence and ability to inspire trust and integrity.
- Dynamic team player with motivational skills and networking ability.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 10-15 years of management experience in a product alteration, repairs, and personalization environment, preferably within a luxury company.
Bachelor's degree
