- Lead and coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes for consolidated worldwide gross margin and inventory.
- Produce monthly gross margin presentations for headquarters and senior leadership, providing key insights into performance components.
- Conduct variance analysis by product line, including FX, mix, price, and COGS impacts.
- Analyze indirect costs related to industrial activities, distribution, logistics, and product development.
- Collaborate with industrial and supply chain teams to analyze inventory flows and monitor working capital.
- Partner with accounting for periodic product obsolescence reviews.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
- Alert leadership on potential risks or opportunities in gross margin components.
- Drive and oversee forecasting processes for worldwide consolidated gross margin during forecast cycles and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product teams to build sales product mix and margin targets.
- Leverage new technology solutions to optimize data analysis and drive efficiency in FP&A processes.
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or finance; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of finance experience with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in Hyperion Planning.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
A minimum of 10 years in finance, with a significant focus on business partnership in financial planning and analysis.
Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or finance; MBA preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $165,495 - $233,640, dependent on skills and experience.
