1. Collaborate with Retail Management and MD/HJ teams to plan and execute client selling events that meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, event programming, marketing, and on-site logistics.
3. Lead the planning and execution of High Jewelry/Fine Jewelry Events and the Japan Blue Book Event.
4. Develop and implement tailored event strategies for key regions such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Kyushu.
5. Manage events in key department stores to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
6. Plan and implement special selling events in collaboration with partners such as Hankyu VIC Salon and PGI.
7. Innovate and upgrade selling events to elevate the brand and create memorable client experiences.
8. Lead event operations, managing teams to ensure successful event delivery.
9. Control event budgets, maximizing ROI and tracking key performance indicators.

1. 10+ years of event management experience in the watches and jewelry industry.
2. Previous experience in a client events or relations role.

2. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Minimum of 10 years in event management within the watches and jewelry industry, with a focus on client events and relations.
