- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance sales and brand equity, ensuring seamless omni-channel client experiences.
- Lead the creation and ongoing review of marketing strategies based on market and client insights, utilizing both internal and external data.
- Conduct market and client research to guide strategic business directions, including competition, target clients, products, and communication.
- Translate consumer and data insights into actionable brand plans to positively impact business results.
- Develop annual marketing plans, including media, production, and advertising communication programs.
- Set objectives and KPIs for projects, monitor and analyze results, and utilize findings for further action.
- Manage media planning, execution, and effectiveness evaluation, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
- Create and manage partnerships with external media, tech, and analytics partners.
- Oversee localization of communication assets and manage local website content.
- Foster team capacity development and support, providing leadership and coaching to junior team members.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and supervise marketing activities for new store openings and renewals.
- Minimum of 10 years of holistic marketing experience, including media planning, BTL activities, and digital marketing.
- Experience in international business environments.
- Business-level proficiency in English and native proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Experience in market research and strategic thinking.
