- Optimize product sequencing based on sales, inventory, and brand priorities.
- Analyze performance to optimize product grids according to trends and opportunities.
- Monitor on-site search trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with product recommendation programs and testing pipelines.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular on-site testing to identify and correct issues.
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape to identify site improvement opportunities.
- Manage site merchandising tasks across US and Canadian sites.
- Prepare documentation for commercial moments and campaign launches.
- Set up and maintain shipping options and client communications.
- Collaborate with retail teams to maintain store hours and information.
- Optimize live chat functionality across US and Canadian sites.
- Assist with site re-platforming, including QA and merchandising preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in e-commerce or online merchandising.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools such as GA4 and ContentSquare.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong collaboration skills with various business partners.
