- Analyze on-site customer behavior, performance trends, and drop-off points using GA4, ContentSquare, and other web analytics tools.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve navigation, merchandising, and conversion rates.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor performance post-deployment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for digital sales performance and KPI tracking using Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data sources, definitions, and visualizations.
- Deliver performance reports with insights to senior leadership and global counterparts.
- Identify opportunities and risks in business performance, flagging key drivers behind trends.
- Support cross-functional business reviews and strategic initiatives with data-driven storytelling.
- Ensure digital KPI definitions, tracking plans, and pixel/tag implementations are documented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce, or business intelligence.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, Power BI; SAP BusinessObjects and BigQuery a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
- Organizational skills with a track record of generating relevant insights.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
- Strong business acumen and tenacity.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams in a global matrix organization.
Minimum of 3 years in digital analytics, eCommerce, or business intelligence, preferably in luxury retail or consumer goods.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
