- Conduct comprehensive analysis of demand forecasts versus stone supply, utilizing tools such as JDE, Business Objects, DAS, APS, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with various departments including Inventory Planning, Product Development, Finance, and Diamond Acquisition to ensure alignment and efficiency in supply chain operations.
- Generate actionable insights through the aggregation and interpretation of supply chain data, producing clear and concise reports.
- Identify and address supply and capacity constraints, developing strategic action plans in collaboration with management.
- Maintain and update standard reporting schedules to provide a current view of the supply pipeline.
- Translate finished goods demands into polished production and procurement forecasts, ensuring alignment with current pipeline information.
- Participate in product development discussions to capture demand and incorporate it into forecasts.
- Provide support to the Diamond Planning Team, representing the team in meetings and presentations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures, reporting any incidents to supervisors.
- Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with JDE, Business Objects, and Direct Access preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar analytical or supply chain role is required.
Undergraduate degree required.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $85,000, dependent on the candidate's skills and experience.
