1. Assist in refining architectural concepts under the guidance of senior designers.
2. Participate in design challenges and brainstorming sessions to enhance customer experience.
3. Sketch preliminary 3D designs to aid in schematic and design development phases.
4. Support the creation of design intent sets for RFP processes.
5. Attend Design Review meetings, take notes, and communicate issues and solutions.
6. Learn techniques for creating high-quality 3D visualizations of store designs.
7. Assist with follow-ups with consultants and learn how RFIs are handled.
8. Prepare agendas for construction meetings as a learning experience.
9. Conduct research into materials and products specific to projects.
10. Manage sample orders and perform administrative duties such as electronic file management.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Modeling and rendering, including 3ds Max, Vray & Corona Renderers, Sketchup, and Rhino.
2. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
3. Proficiency in hand sketching.
4. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

1. Strong design and visualization skills.
2. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Beginner level experience in design and 3D visualization, ideally within a retail or luxury environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
