- Predict market demand in Greater China by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Develop monthly and annual demand plans aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives at both the Greater China and country levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide forecasts for new products.
- Consolidate multi-dimensional data and utilize statistical models to optimize prediction accuracy.
- Support the supply chain planning team with cross-functional data integration.
- Coordinate with merchandising, finance, inventory planning, sales, and marketing teams to align on demand changes and adjust forecasts.
- Monitor luxury industry trends and competitor activities to refine forecasting models and support new product development.
- Influence inventory planning on safety stock strategies based on demand forecasts.
- Generate regular demand forecasting and inventory analysis reports to provide data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in luxury or retail demand planning or sales forecasting
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills across different functions
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PBI, and other data analysis tools
- Team player with a self-driven attitude and acumen for trends and data
A minimum of 5 years in luxury or retail demand planning or sales forecasting is required.
Bachelor's degree
