- Develop and maintain a 24-month worldwide sales forecast for specific product families using Anaplan-based forecasting software, FACET.
- Align sales forecasts with financial strategies and achieve forecast accuracy and bias% targets.
- Create launch forecasts for new products, considering comparative sales and potential cannibalization.
- Monitor and analyze key collection performance, novelty launches, and top styles.
- Collaborate with Category Management, Industrial Jewelry Supply, Global Assortment Planning, and Inventory Planning teams to achieve product strategies and financial objectives.
- Engage in cross-functional communication to ensure business needs are met and participate in Demand Planning meetings with regional Supply Chain teams.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Identify non-value-added activities and propose innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of planning experience.
- Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Ability to adapt to new software and systems.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
Minimum 5 years of planning experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
The hiring range for this position is $92,310 to $108,600, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
