1. Skillfully expose film and prepare trophies, silver wedding trays, and custom crystal merchandise for sand carving, ensuring meticulous alignment and protection of components.
2. Execute sand carving using various blasting media to achieve artistic outcomes with precise depth and consistency, followed by polishing and cutting as necessary.
3. Collaborate with Hollowware and Graphics departments to review production artwork, communicate project costs and timelines, and manage orders through the WMS for final shipment.
4. Conduct quality inspections of completed silver and crystal merchandise, ensuring adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards, and manage re-work and replacements as needed.
5. Adapt to new responsibilities and support business needs by flexing between etching and other areas, working independently or in a team environment.
6. Ensure safety by following all worksite procedures and promptly reporting incidents or safety issues to management.

2. Ability to visualize, convert, and scale production artwork for various shaped pieces.
3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Capability to maintain focus and effectiveness under stress.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with creativity in problem-solving.

Technical school training or a minimum of 5 years of related experience is preferred.
