Custom Silver Specialist

1. Prepare trophies, silver wedding trays, and custom crystal merchandise for sand carving by exposing film, setting up, and taping.
2. Perform sand carving using various blasting medias to achieve artistic outcomes.
3. Collaborate with Hollowware and Graphics teams to review production artwork, communicate costs and timelines, and process orders.
4. Conduct quality inspections of completed silver merchandise and crystal to ensure Tiffany & Co. standards are met.
5. Adapt to new responsibilities and support business needs in etching or other areas.
6. Follow safe work procedures and report safety issues promptly.

2. Ability to visualize, convert, and scale production artwork for various shaped pieces.
3. Attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
4. Capability to work effectively under stress due to high work volume and tight timelines.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

2. Knowledge of sand carving craft.

Technical school training or 5 years of related experience preferred.
