Tiffany & Co. CRM Digital Products Assistant Manager

- Lead and manage the deployment of CRM product enhancements and launches, including tools such as DDC, Salesforce, and Brilliance.
- Gather and prioritize local market requirements and feedback for the Global Digital Product Team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and data validation.
- Report bugs and handle incidents.
- Create and maintain user manuals.
- Provide guidance and support for CRM digital tools across 60 retail stores and a client care center.
- Enhance 1:1 client relationships through effective use of CRM digital tools.
- Create and manage clienteling templates and assets.
- Deliver reports to support and enhance clienteling activities.
- Identify and create client communication journeys using the SFMC platform.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM digital products or clienteling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce products (SFSC/SFMC).
- Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and cost management.
- Knowledge of personal information protection and management processes.
- Experience in data validation and user acceptance testing.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with a focus on efficiency.
- Fluent in Japanese and high-level business English.
