1. Coordinate newsletter campaigns across the EMEA region, serving as the primary contact for related inquiries.
2. Collaborate with ECOM and Marketing teams to manage the campaign calendar and target database segments.
3. Validate campaign proofs, ensuring alignment with briefs and compliance with commercial pressure best practices.
4. Execute ad-hoc campaigns, including constructing briefs, retrieving elements, and configuring campaigns in SFMC.
5. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, sharing insights and reports with various markets.
6. Conduct benchmarking of luxury industry campaigns and analyze market trends.
7. Develop simplified client reports for stakeholder use and participate in ad-hoc data analyses.
8. Support markets with client list requests and audience building.

1. Fluent in English
2. Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
3. Previous experience in managing newsletter campaigns
4. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations

1. Proficiency in newsletter management tools, ideally SFMC
2. Basic knowledge of HTML
3. Strong analytical and reporting skills
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
5. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Beginner level experience in newsletter campaign management is required.

Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
